General terms and conditions for the “Levi’s® Red Tab™” loyalty program, operated by Denim and lion ltd

1. Conditions of participation:
By registering for the “Levi’s® Red Tab™” loyalty program, operated by Denim and lion ltd, the participant accepts these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Please note that registration for the Loyalty Program is only available to users aged 16 or over.

2. Collecting Coins:

You can earn coins by shopping in our Levi's® stores located in St Julians & Sliema. There is no maximum number of coins that you can earn by shopping in our Levi's® stores. Coins will be added to your total coins balance as soon as your purchase is complete. Coins are credited by our staff member when scanning your “Levi’s® Red Tab™” loyalty program QR code at the cash till. When you first sign up you will receive 501 coins. For every euro spent in our Levi's Stores in Malta, the participant receives 10 coins. The coins are automatically credited to the participant's account. Coins will not be credited to orders or transactions that have already been made. The table below shows the number of coins and the corresponding voucher value.

Each voucher is valid for a single transaction with a minimum order value of 49 euros.

3. Exclusion of combinations:

Coins are stackable with Promo, offers, EOSS offered by our Levi's® stores. However, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other Discount.

4. Non-payment of points:
The value of the coins collected cannot be paid out in cash and is only valid for rewards and discounts as part of the “Levi’s® Red Tab™” loyalty program.

5. Coins validity:
Coins have no set validity period and do not expire automatically. However, we reserve the right to implement a validity period policy in the future to optimize the members program. If such a change occurs, we will inform participants in good time.

6. Marketing communications:
The participant agrees to receive marketing communications from Denim and lion ltd via email. These communications may contain information about our products, events, competitions, vouchers and other discount campaigns. The participant can revoke these communications at any time in the user account or unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in the marketing email.

7. Changes to the program:
“Levi’s® Red Tab™” loyalty program, operated by Denim and lion ltd, reserves the right to change or terminate the members program and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

8. Data protection:
The data collected as part of the “Levi’s® Red Tab™” loyalty program will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The participant agrees to the use of their data within the framework of the program.

9. Termination of participation:
“Levi’s® Red Tab™” loyalty program, operated by Denim and lion ltd, reserves the right to terminate a participant's participation in the loyalty program if they violate these terms and conditions or misuse the program.

10. Piggy Loyalty Program Software:
The loyalty program software for this program is provided by the company Piggy Netherlands BV (Bisonspoor 3002-B901, Maarssen, KvK number: 58334904, email: info@piggy.eu). By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to Piggy Netherlands BV's Terms of Use, available at Piggy Terms of Use. Please note that any claims or questions regarding the Loyalty Software should be directed to Piggy Netherlands BV.

This program is not owned or operated by Levi Strauss & Co. We have obtained approval to use their registered trademarks and assets. The Malta Levi’s® Red Tab™ program is not available online, Also, this program and earn and burn system is not compatible with the Levi’s® Red Tab™ program running in Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, UK and Czech Republic.
